Este trabajo aborda una de las resoluciones de la Asamblea del año XIII: la Ley de Obispados. Esta medida, y otras que estuvieron ligadas a ella, pretendieron dar solución a los problemas del ámbito eclesial. En este sentido y especialmente, nos referimos a la cláusula relativa a la retroversión de las facultades primitivas a los diocesanos o Provisores existentes en las Provincias Unidas. The article analyzes the relationship between the renovationist and «Gregorian» church structures in Eastern Siberia in 1926-1934. The article examines the position of the central and local structures of the Provisional supreme church council in relation to renovationism, as well as the view of the renovationist Holy Synod on the «gregorian» schism in the Russian Orthodox Church. The article analyzes the information about the structures of the PSCC in the materials of the renovationist dioceses in Eastern Siberia, and also examines switching of the clergy and communities from the renovationism to the "gregorian" schism and vice versa in Eastern Siberia. The author came to the conclusion that in Eastern Siberia the "gregorian" schism did not pose a significant threat to renovationism, therefore, contacts were restricted to acceptance of the clergy and communities, as well as pronouncement of the status of the PSCC structures and the departure of communities and clerics to them.

To govern his diocese, a diocesan Bishop exercises the threefold power of governance, namely legislative, executive and judicial power. As regards the executive power he can exercise personally or through another person. Administrative power becomes the area for the exercise of the executive power, including in the administration of temporal goods of the diocese and of other public juridical persons subject to him. In performing a good administration of the temporal goods of the Church, a diocesan Bishop needs to comply with pertinent canonical norms as well as to collaborate with respective council or persons concerned to avoid the abuse of power or misuse of temporal goods. The matter in question is discussed in the view of canonical analysis. This research aims at obtaining canonical assessments to the authority of diocesan Bishop in administering Churchs properties according to their proper purposes.

В статье рассматривается функционирование системы епархиального управления Русской православной церкви в период с февраля по октябрь 1917 года. На материалах Самарской губернии в ней анализируется процесс демократизации данной системы, внедрения выборного начала, а также роль различных епархиальных институтов в этом процессе.The article discusses the functioning of the system of diocesan administration of the Russian Orthodox Church in the period from February to October 1917. On the materials of the Samara province it examines the process of democratization of the system, implementation of the elective principle, and the role of various diocesan institutions in this process.

I Encuentro de Jóvenes Investigadores, Zaragoza, 9 y 10 de Febrero del 2012 ; [EN]In this article the study of the diocesan administration of Bishop San Alberto in the Diocese of Tucuman is proposed in order to observe the importance of the transformations proposed by the Bourbons. The Bishop governed the diocese from 1778 to 1783, therefore his administration took place precisely in this time of redefinitions in the Diocese. Ecclesiastical institutions and actors were essential for the formation of normative orders in early modern Ibero-America. In a series of seminars, organised by the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History in Mexico City, Lima, Bogotá and São Paulo, scholars from different disciplines presented innovative studies on the history of religious normativity and its practices. Based upon the Lima colloquium, the present volume focuses on the viceroyalty of Peru (16th-19th centuries).
